Pak Mail offers franchisees unique 12-week business development program

Pak Mail recently offered its franchisees a new and unique 12-week business development program, called the Pak Mail Platinum Way. An initial 50-member study group from around the country joined with corporate staff from the Pak Mail International Support Center located outside of Denver, Colorado. The Pak Mail Platinum Way is a program designed to help store owners take their business to the next level in improved customer service and business expertise.

The Platinum Way program is based on the business philosophy and concepts taught by Michael Gerber, a well known consultant to small businesses and founder of E-Myth Worldwide®. By understanding and following his well thought out "business development process" participants in The Platinum Way are better prepared to re-design their operational systems and implement strategies that continually improve their ability to provide superior customer service.

The 12-week Platinum Way Seminar consisted of weekly pre-work including reading assignments and taped training sessions. Upon completion of the pre-work, franchisees participate in one of more than 20 weekly telephone conference calls with other owners to further explore and understand important points. The results of each conference call was then summarized and presented in an on line ?intra-net? chat session.

"The Platinum Way emphasizes the need to work 'on' your business rather than being consumed by working 'in' your business. By adopting this viewpoint, franchisees are discovering that they can realize stronger business growth while gaining more time for family, community and personal growth," says Michael Elser, president of Pak Mail's Franchise System Advisory Council and Platinum Way Group Leader. "Being a part of the Platinum Way process and contributing to making an already good company great has been an extraordinarily rewarding experience," adds Elser.

E-Myth Worldwide® (E-Myth) is a preeminent provider of small business development services. "Since 1977, E-Myth Worldwide has empowered small businesses to overcome the grave challenges threatening their survival. Our commitment to help small businesses within small communities throughout the world will positively impact the very hearts of these communities and the people who live in them," Michael Gerber says.
