United States companies that generate more than 10% of their sales internationally are also eligible to submit nominations. Over the past year, Coverall Cleaning Concepts has initiated changes in its corporate structure to exemplify a focus on supporting Franchise Owners and customers. To illustrate this focus, Coverall renamed its 85 Regional Offices as Regional Support Centers, since their main function is to “support” Franchise Owners and customers. The corporate office was renamed the Global Support Center, to express its role as a support mechanism for all 85 of its Regional Support Centers worldwide. Coverall Cleaning Concepts has also created a specific department based out of the Global Support Center entitled, the Supportive Services Department, to provide ongoing support and training to Operations Departments throughout the world. This training and support is provided in order to maintain the high quality business practices of their Franchise Owners, therefore preserving the strong relationship with their customers. By acting as a liaison between their Franchise Owners and customers, Coverall Cleaning Concepts distinguishes itself from others in its industry. With the organizational changes that have been executed within the past year, Coverall Cleaning Concepts has truly exemplified itself as the “Best Support Organization.” Members of the Awards' Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors and their staffs selected International Stevie winners from among the Finalists, which were determined by volunteer judges around the world during two months of preliminary judging. "We congratulate all Finalists and winners of the historic, first International Stevie Awards," said Michael Gallagher, founder and president of The Stevie Awards, the organization that runs The International Business Awards. "Their stories of integrity, creativity, perseverance, humanity, and profitability will be rightly honored during our gala March 22 awards dinner in New York." “Coverall Cleaning Concepts is proud to be recognized by the International Stevie Awards for our support of our Franchise Owners and customers,” states Ted Elliott, President and COO of Coverall Cleaning Concepts. “The changes in our corporate structure to enhance our support system have been instrumental in the growth and development of Coverall and are at the core of our passion to help our Franchise Owners build successful businesses.” About Coverall Cleaning Concepts About The StevieTM Awards The SteviesTM were created to honor and generate public recognition of the efforts, accomplishments, and positive contributions of companies and business people worldwide.
