Jeffery S. Haff
Jeffery Haff is a principal at Jeffrey S. Haff & Associates, who
focuses his practice on franchise and distribution law. Jeff is a 1986 summa cum laude graduate
of the State University of New York at Buffalo, and a 1989 with honors graduate of the
prestigious Duke University School of Law. Jeff is the co-author of Franchising Realities and
Remedies, a comprehensive text on the practical and legal aspects of franchising. Jeff is also
a regular speaker at the American Franchisee Association's Legal Symposium.
Jeff was a repeat honoree in Minnesota
Law & Politics' listing of Minnesota's "Bright, Young Rising Stars in the legal profession"
and, in 2001, was named one of Minnesota's "Super Lawyers."
